Make a Difference Day—Oct. 26: You can make a difference in your community by volunteering! If you love cats, why not volunteer at Cats Are People, Too? We are always in need of volunteers, especially at our shelter facility. Volunteers help take care of the cats in our care, help with fundraising activites, run errands, staff our PetSmart Luv-a-Pet Center, and so much more! 2003 "Picture Your Cat as a Star" Calendar Contest: Our online store at Cafe Press will begin carrying calendars for next year, so we decided to have a contest so that your cat could become the next Cats Are People, Too! star. Entries are due November 15, winners will be chosen late November, and calendars should be ready for purchase early December.
