Feb. 21, 2002: Upcoming bake sale, March 9, at PetSmart (5812 Youngstown-Warren Road, Niles, Ohio, 330-544-1499). If you'd like to donate baked goods for the sale, please give Helen a call at 330-652-7160. All proceeds from the sale will benefit Cats Are People, Too!, and donations are tax-deductible. Also, we're really in need of larger cages for the cats at the shelter. If you can donate cages that are at least about 48" by 60", the cats (and we) would truly appreciate it! Used cages, as well as enclosed, floor-type dog cages, are fine. Most of the cats are currently housed in cages that are just a bit small and could use more space to move around in. Feb. 12, 2002: A new website! The website has been totally redesigned. We hope you find it easier to use, as well as more fun to look at. As you may have noticed, some parts still remain to be finished (the message boards and the shop). Those are still in the works. If you want to let Wendi know what you think, send her an e-mail ()! |
